Mission

A safe place where lives are enriched and hope is restored by addressing the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The PATH Enrichment Center located at 999 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, New York provides survivor support services to any adult or youth who are victims of crime, assault, domestic violence, sex trafficking or labor trafficking. We welcome people of any religion, ethnicity, immigration status, social status, or race. We value each individual and we seek to enrich lives through providing quality care to anyone in need, regardless of their circumstances.

Services

The Enrichment Center offers security and comfort while allowing people to experience mentoring and support through a holistic model of care. We have qualified, trauma informed staff and volunteers who are trained to engage individuals of various backgrounds.

We offer regular social events for clients to enhance social-emotional development. We utilize strengths based and evidence based practices in conjunction with intensive case management to provide comprehensive care. 

Translation services are available upon request. Clothing, personal care items and transportation services are available to those in need. Meals are provided during our group programming on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

Intensive Case Management services available for adults and youth (12-18) and we offer a Child & Family Advocacy program for ages birth-11. Well Health on-site medical and substance use services by physicians weekly.

We provide referral services for legal counsel, shelter and behavioral mental health. We have staff that accompany clients to other service providers and act as an advocate and liaison in the court system. We work in close collaboration with federal and local law enforcement and other government agencies.
